TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Before sending in your item please read the terms below, you will be agreeing to these terms and conditions by sending in your iPad for repair.

fix-it sales international ltd will not be responsible for the following:

Loss of data, software or applications during repair. It is your responsibility to back your unit up prior to sending the iPad in for repair.

fix-it sales international ltd will not be responsible for any damage during transit to us. You must ensure you have followed the courier or Royal Mail guidelines to ensure your iPad is sufficiently insured to its value before sending it to us.

You must ensure the iPad is packaged and wrapped correctly following Royal Mail or your chosen couriers guidelines and include your order number.

If you send your iPad in for a diagnostic test and you decide not to go ahead with repairs or do not accept further repairs if they are required then you will be required to pay a £20 diagnostic fee plus return postage costs.

I agree to the company recycling my iPad if I have not made contact or payment for a repair within 3 months to cover costs.

3 Month Warranty details

All our repairs carry a 3-month part warranty. Should your iPad suffer the same faults as it was sent in with then we will ask you to return it to us with a description of the issues. If they are related to the initial repair, your iPad will be repaired and returned free of charge.

If the fault differs and is unrelated then we will email you with a quote and fault diagnosis, if you decide not to go ahead you will be responsible for paying the return postage and diagnostic fee.

Our warranty excludes any units that have suffered any accidental damage, misuse, negligence or improper use, overloading or wear and tear.

We request the unit is returned up 3 times within the warranty period before offering a refund if the issue is ongoing.

Under no circumstances will fix-it sales international ltd be liable for loss or damage of any kind indirectly or directly caused by or arising from any repairs carried out by Fix it Sales. We will not be liable for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever arising from or in the due course of using your unit.

Accessories and Boxes

Please do not send any original boxes, iPad covers or cases, accessories, USB chargers or headphones in with your unit, as they will not be returned. We use specially designed packaging to ensure your unit is returned safely. If you choose to ignore the above conditions then we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage whilst the unit is in our care.

Data Protection and Privacy Statement:

At www.ipadrepairs.co.uk we are committed to protecting your data. All our staff are trained in data protection and have signed confidentiality agreements prior to joining the company. We would only share your data if it was a requirement of the law.

We only collect your information for the fulfillment of your order. This is your name, address, telephone number and email address. This is never shared with third parties or used for any marketing purposes.

Return Postage

All our items are sent out Royal Mail Special delivery and insured up to their cost value.
