They provide simple steps in order to send the item, plus excellent email communications when dealing with the repair, especially if a diagnosis is required, and then let you know when the item is on its way back to you. I'm really happy that I did: the iPad (smashed screen) was back with me in 48 hours and the company emailed me throughout the process so I knew exactly the progress of the repair.   • I cannot recommend UK iPad repairs enough. I was on holiday when my iPad 'died' on me. I made enquiries at local shops but was quoted sums that were not much cheaper than buying another basic model. Then one Apple dealer told me of your company and I found your website. I discovered you were located only one hour's train ride away so decided to bring my iPad into your offices for repair. I arrived soaked to the skin after having got lost on my way from the station. I received fantastic attention and was told I needed a replacement LCD screen, costing £80 which could be fitted whilst I waited. In the meantime I was made most welcome with a mug of coffee whilst I dried out and read my book in the reception area. The repairs were performed in even less time than anticipated and I was given a 3 month guarantee for the new screen. As a final much appreciated gesture, Charley ran me back to the station in her car as it was still raining. So very kind. My iPad, which I'd more or less given up on, now works perfectly again.
